app-office/magicpoint has multiple build failures

It's written in K&R C and has multiple build failures even with -std=gnu99
And it also uses Imake as build system, that caused some build failures and needed workaround on it's own.

fwiw it mostly compiles and works; the elisp files require a lex binding
cookie for modern versions of emacs, and there were warnings, but it
does work.  it should not be excluded.

maintainer-wanted, otoh, was reasonable.

The linked bugs show it not building in all configurations.
