Only applies to Raspberry Pi. All versions 
The 'daft laddie' bump works.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update the eeprom
2. Update kernel 
3. Enjoy Pi5 go faster features.
Actual Results:  
A badly needed update to raspberrypi-image-6.6.31_p20240529 which predates the memory timing and fake NUMA speedups.
