ipfw init.d script is not working...so i made a fix and some new additions like support for static rules in /etc/conf.d/ipfw it also supports the /etc/rc.firewall and dummynet i made it to load/unload kernel modules on start/stop

We ship with a basic stateful ipfw firewall script now.
