The ebuild net-mail/popa3d-0.6.4.1-r2 creates a user popa3d, but when you start
the daemon using the init script popa3d runs as root instead as user popa3d.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge popa3d
2. /etc/init.d/popa3d start
3. ps aux | grep popa3d

popa3d starts as root so that it can bind to port 110. Before authentication it
chroots to /var/empty as the popa3d user.
