chimerax-1.9.ebuild

I am locally using the attached ebuild, but it has some important issues:
- I couldn't make it work after trying to move it from /usr/lib/ (the location used by upstream deb and rpm packages) to /opt.
- There are some scanelf issues due to its bundled libs.
