app-admin/diradm-2.3 stable request 

- works fine overhere x86 for 3 month
- no existing 2.x stable in cvs
- no bugs-in-zilla

as the upstream dev of diradm-2, I'm not willing to put 2.3 in stable - I know 
of specific bugs in it. I am working on it, and hope to release a 2.5/2.6 
version reasonably soon (2.4 was internal only). I just need to write up 
a 'passwd' function, and test a few things, and then diradm provides basically 
the entire range of tools (barring the gpasswd admin/password stuff, which is 
not doable with CVS).
