this bug is seperate from bug 94972 to help the translating teams... patch on the way

the patch is bigger than the file!

fox2mike suggested changing the first paragraph to read "Please note that many
of these questions are answered within the official gentoo documents and guides."

i don't figure attaching another 32k patch or a patch for a patch is necessary,
so whoever commits it, please change that

fox2mike pointed out that i should be using cvs diff, so i went ahead and added
his suggestion (making the previous comment irrelevent), and fixed a few things
that curtis119 pointed out

ok, this diff is to be applied on _top_ of the "removequestions" diff. this
will enable neysx to commit them seperatly.
