www-client/firefox can be stabilized for ppc64 based on my experience with it

First of all, only esr version gets stabilized from nss and firefox. 135 aka "rapid" doesn't have stable keywords even on more widely supported arches.

But no. I won't restore ppc64 stable keywords until we get an AT actually using that HW. It's too much headache, and constantly lagging behind, causing more work than it's worth without an active member owning ppc64 HW and _working_ on firefox/rust related bugs.
