If you think this bug has already been resolved in major version(s), then please remove the affected versions from the tree.

Yes, it is fixed in newer versions. No, I'm not removing affected versions from the tree. It is a testsuite-only bug because ninja removed an option then added it back but hasn't released the latter. The reason for not dropping old meson versions yet, hasn't changed. I'm calling this a ninja bug. Although I'm also not really sure why the tinderbox is being used to report older ebuilds, is this some kind of new change? How does this handle when you just fixed a bug and bumped the version but want to give people time to upgrade?
