All 32b applications using DRI throw an error:

libGL error: failed to open DRM: Operation not permitted
libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering

which didn't occur when using ald 8.12.10 driver.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH="/usr/lib64/modules/dri/:/usr/lib32/modules/dri/" et 
Actual Results:  
(...)
libGL error: failed to open DRM: Operation not permitted
libGL error: reverting to (slow) indirect rendering

Expected Results:  
run with DRI not Software Mesa

please paste dmesg, emerge info and your xorg.conf...

Looks like a configuration problem but w/out more information I can't be sure

(attach the informations and reopen the bug)
