sdl-gfx 2.0.13 is installed as /usr/lib/libSDL_gfx.so.13.0.0 for me while the correct library name would be /usr/lib/libSDL_gfx-2.0.so.13.0.0. I'm not sure if this is a bug in the package itself or in the ebuild. I've sent a bug report to the maintainer of the package as well.

the '-ver.so' is an ugly gnome-ism
