proposed ebuilld fix

The ead daemon enabled by the "wired" use flag needs the folder /var/lib/ead to exist. Because of this the service crashes at startup. Attached is an ebuild fix that adds /var/lib/ead with keepdir. This bug applies to all current ebuilds.
