emerge of choad suceeds, but running choad throws up an error about not being
able to find the CDDB.pm perl module.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.do not have dev-perl/CDDB_get installed
2.emerge choad
3.run choad

Actual Results:  
localhost root # choad 
Can't locate CDDB.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl

Actually, emerging dev-perl/CDDB_get doesn't seem to fix choad... does anyone
know who the CDDB.pm perl module belongs to?

I´d suggest that you run /usr/portage/dev-lang/perl/files/perl-cleaner and
report back.

dev-perl/CDDB provides that module.

Ebuild choad-0.822.ebuild in portage does have CDDB as a dependency
