As discussed today in #gentoo-qa:

Please remove the following keywords that the QA team no longer sees as useful:
QAbaddep, QAbaddie, QAbadiuse, QAdigestoverlap, QAglobalscope
(Note: These are all QA* keywords _except_ QAcanfix)

Also the following keywords have seen very little use (57 and 7 bugs, respectively) and may also be considered for removal:
Goal, SOCIDEAS
