Attached is dustloop-5.0.ebuild.

dustloop is a lightweight image-viewing application with the goal of being flexible and providing versatile sorting and searching options.

dustloop is built with SDL2 and SDL2-image.

dustloop is currently available in an overlay on gitgud.io underneath of /saamphire/saamphire as media-gfx/dustloop.

dustloop currently supports GIF, PNG, and JPEG images.

The repository source is just 2 days old. I guess you are the author.
I suggest to put it on an overlay first.

Do you mean a community overlay or some such? The ebuild is currently hosted on an overlay for the saamphire account at https://gitgud.io/saamphire/saamphire
