version 0.13-r1 won't merge because of MD5-related problem

It will emerge, but you need to delete the old tarball from
/usr/portage/distfiles first. Not the smartest way of upgrade. :/

shoot, i didn't even think about the tarball existing in local distfiles 
already. i'll do a sub-bump if we get a second bug report on this. (0.13.1)

BTW, do we really need the collision-protect check for upgrades, too?

0.13.01 just went into the tree to address this and one other code tweak
