_parsereposconf is not found due to not being sourced from gentoo-common.sh by completions/emaint

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new bash shell
2. Write 'emaint sync -r '
3. Press tab to complete repos
Actual Results:  
Doesn't complete and gives command not found error

Expected Results:  
Lists repos to complete
