The homepage is now dead and the SRC_URI is invalid. The file is hard to find
but I dug it out of a source RPM. Here it is.

It doesn't seem to work for me. It says I don't have inotify in my kernel when I 
do. Gonna use Ruby instead. I'll make an ebuild for that.

if itdoesn't work, then we don't need to waste time adding it :) reopen if it improves.
