The Manifest is missing the record on files/rsync-2.6.0-livecd-sigmask.patch.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
FEATURES="strict" emerge rsync
Actual Results:  
>>> emerge (1 of 1) net-misc/rsync-2.6.0-r5 to /
!!! Security Violation: A file exists that is not in the manifest.
!!! File: files/rsync-2.6.0-livecd-sigmask.patch

Expected Results:  
Successfully updating rsync to 2.6.0-r5

Emerge sync again, I just emerged this one and it worked just fine.

$ grep sigmask.patch /usr/portage/net-misc/rsync/Manifest
MD5 574dc3e5a445650c56e445bd2a5ecc02 files/rsync-2.6.0-livecd-sigmask.patch 1807

Weird... I didn't change anything on it...

I must have committed it exactly on the cvs -> rsync syncronization, as the
Manifest is always committed last...
