The usual deal: USE="vala" is optional for some packages, others like gamehub just have the dependency without the explicit USE. Without the required USE `dev-libs/libmanette` will build without the proper support and build of gamehub will subsequently fail.

The fix is simple, but didn't know where else to send it.
