Bug 94611 – [DE] Chapter 7 tells to enable /dev file system for 2.6 kernel

Following the german Gentoo Install Handbook, when you reach the part of
configuring the kernel, it tells you to enable /dev file system for 2.6 kernel

When booting the resulting kernel, /dev is (reportedly) missing (e.g.) hdX
(probably because devfsd is not started for 2.6?)

Seems like the 2.4 section was simply duplicated for 2.6 which is obviously wrong.
