I'm requesting an ebuild to add support for manual reclocking when using the nouveau driver.  

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Unable to reclock GPU when using nouveau

Expected Results:  
The utility this package provides would allow manual reclocking the GPU when using nouveau.
