/opt/netscape/7.2/netscape honors $MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME, which is set by the
default /etc/profile.env to /usr/lib/mozilla.

this causes the netscape startup script to trip over itself, because it is very
much not installed in /usr/lib/mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add appropriate entries to /etc/portage/package.*
2. 'emerge netscape'
3. '/usr/bin/netscape-7.2'

Actual Results:  
I received the error
'run-mozilla.sh: Cannot execute /usr/lib/mozilla/netscape-bin.'

Expected Results:  
netscape should have been executed.
