The "frontendonly" flag is well and good for those who have upgraded to 0.18.  
I'm still on 0.17, and will be until 0.18 is marked stable or I run into bugs 
in 0.17 that bother me.  Meanwhile, because this package move has been put in 
ahead of marking 0.18 stable, I have to go fix my world file after every sync 
on my frontend boxes.

You can't reverse a move that's already been put into the update file.

Plus, 0.18.1 is stable.
