Hi I installed wine and the build process had show me my build is made to pentium3, I have athlon-xp in -march

This is grabbed from building output:

actually you have -mcpu=athlon-xp, not -march

i dont get this behavior if i export my CFLAGS like you, nor does there appear
to be any code inside of wine that does this ...

maybe you just exported the CFLAGS wrong
