Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_ci)

This issue is with a crate that upstream uses [0], however that crate has been deprecated and rust now supports whatever this crate used to do natively (inline assembly) [1]. When upstream stops using that crate, this issue will be fixed.

guru_ci has reproduced this issue with version 0.64.1 - Updating summary.
