emerge of net-misc/openssh-4.1_p1 fails if both the ldap and the sftplogging use
flags are used - the lpk patch fails

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="sftplogging ldap" emerge openssh-4.1_p1

Actual Results:  
 * Failed Patch: openssh-lpk-4.0p1-0.3.4.patch !
 *  ( /usr/portage/distfiles/openssh-lpk-4.0p1-0.3.4.patch )


Expected Results:  
emerge successfully

ldap is no longer applied if USE=sftplogging
