htmldoc-1.8.24-r1.ebuild

The ebuilds in portage build fltk suport, even if USE=-X, but fltk installed. I
changed the use flag from X to fltk (not global!). Unless we have proper use
flag groups, it's imho better the use flag tells the user what it invokes.
Dependencies where incorrect and missing. I don't insist on it, if you don't
like it, though. Changed make to emake, since I couldn't find a ChangeLog entry
or other comment, why it should be make.

This ebuild is a suggestion and does neither fix the ssl lib issues (see
ebuild), nor the shoddy Makefiles/eninstall. Sorry, I'm too lazy. :)
