Gentoo's own Portage documentation included in this package is extremely outdated and no longer of any use. For example, the man 5 make.conf has not been updated since 2003. It is so out of date that its existence is, quite frankly, harmful. By installing an outdated and useless manual in Japanese, it obstructs access to the latest English manual. Useless manuals that have not been properly updated should be removed.
Alternatively, it is proposed that Gentoo's own Japanese man not be installed by default, but only if explicitly enabled by the USE flag. In this case, this USE flag should be masked. Even if it is not eliminated from the repository, it should at least be masked.
