There are some package listings:

- Packages itself (https://packages.gentoo.org/categories),
- Maintainers (https://packages.gentoo.org/maintainers),
- USE flags (https://packages.gentoo.org/useflags),
- Architectures (https://packages.gentoo.org/arches).

The proposition is:

1. Create the Licences listing (https://packages.gentoo.org/licences).
2. Create the per-licences pages (https://packages.gentoo.org/licences/MIT).
3. On the package page, at the "Package Metadata" section, at the "Licence" item, make the licences links.
