In order to clean up the misleading bpftool-7.5.0-r1/r2 releases, 7.4.0 needs to be stabilised for amd64. We can then pmask 7.5.0-r1 (-r2 already is) and eventually remove it. There are no compatibility issues, the downgrade should go smoothly and was tested by several people.
