Although I appreciate your feedback, I'd rather not update this document with a "rewrite" patch if the content doesn't change. Imo, the howto is understandable. Generally, you need to take into account that guides are also translated. Rewriting paragraphs with a different language tone results in translation changes, but if the change itself does not constitute a content change but is major enough to require a version bump (which I believe is due with this patch), translation leads *will* kill you :) I'm marking this as WONTFIX for this reason; if a translation lead finds that the patch is very much due, please REOPEN.
