Disabling the pysol sound server and then reenabling it causes pysol to crash.
The message says "Internal error: Please report this bug: exceptions.AssertionError"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start pysol
2. Choose Options->Sound
3. Click "Sound enabled" (to disabled state)
4) Click Apply
5) Click "Sound enabled" (to enabled state)
6) Click Apply
7) Click OK


Actual Results:  
pysol crashes


Expected Results:  
Should not crash
