dev-java/iText has been removed (9/14/2019) due to vulnerabilities.

Two bug reports (https://bugs.gentoo.org/606104) and (https://bugs.gentoo.org/636976) recommend migrating to OpenPDF as a suitable replacement for iText.

It is five years later and there is still no ebuild for OpenPDF.

Is there any interest in creating/maintaining an ebuild for OpenPDF?
