I am unable to reproduce this on 5.0.{0..3} with the same USE flags and I see no mention of it being fixed in the changelog.
Is this reproducable?

qbittorrent 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 wont compile with webui flag enabled.

That certainly requires its own bug with full build.log and emerge --info. Nothing to do with this one.

A new bug would be better for future reference, but your issue here is essentially https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Upgrading_GCC#undefined_reference_to_.60_cxa_call_terminate.40CXXABI_1.3.15.27. Run the command there (`binutils-config ...`) and it should be fine.
