For me this now brings dev-qt/qtwebengine :5 and :6 on the list for rebuilds because of preserved_libs. I installed both slots of dev-qt/qtwebengine with --getbinpkg because of their build-times.

However it seems that there are no binpkgs built against ABI 9 of media-libs/libvpx. My guess is that dev-qt/qtwebengine should be rebuild centrally against ABI 9 now.

There should be as of about 2 hours or so ago, but I would say this isn't the place to bring it up anyway.
