We rely on dev-util/debugedit for a lot of estrip's functionality already.

find-debuginfo (from debugedit) appears to do a lot of what we're doing in estrip. It might be worth seeing if we can adopt it.

We'll want https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=30505 fixed first.

I think Fedora is using it as we use estrip.
