The patch file needed to build this package

This should go in the files directory, sorry for the 2posts should have used
tar to pack those 2files together ...

Jonas, thanks for the ebuild. AFAIK you did the correct thing and shouldn't have used tar instead.

Instead of patching the makefile to include an install target, you can use special install functions (see http://devmanual.gentoo.org/function-reference/install-functions/index.html) as I have done in the ebuild attached below which should work for version 1.37. Please test.

Okay, I just checked in 1.37 and after I saw 1.38 is out now too.
