They should be treecleaned as:
- upstream rebranded and changed the name at least two years ago
  https://github.com/ignitionrobotics/ign-math
- the packages were never marked as stable
- they are way behind the current release
  - 3.17.0 vs 5.4.2 (commons)
  - 4.9.1 vs 9.0.0 (fuel-tools)
  - 6.15.1 vs 7.3.0 (math)
- have many unresolved bugs
