Patch to add support for MPI and OpenMP

Hi, I attached proposition for patch which will enable MPI and/or OpenMP support for Minuit2 minimizer builtin in ROOT.

Hi Rafal, I don't support these options because they don't work. See https://github.com/root-project/root/pull/12970

If you have a CERN account, see also:

If you want, you can use MYCMAKEARGS to enable them without needing to change the ebuild, and you can use package.env to make it persistent. However, it's probably a good idea to not use those options at all.

Closing as won't fix. Please use MYCMAKEARGS if you want, but as per the comment above, I don't recommend enabling these options. Cheers,
