Hello!

I tried installing vlc but I couldn't make it play dvds. After a while I figured
it out that libmpeg2 is required for proper dvd playback, which gets installed
with vlc when you set the mpeg USE flag. I think it's better when vlc depends on
libmpeg2 when the dvd USE flag is set. When you look at
/usr/portage/profiles/use.desc is says "mpeg - Adds libmpeg3 support to various
packages." So mpeg doesn't really fit libmpeg2. 
Another thing is the freetype USE flag. Could you change it to truetype?

mpeg support is required if you want to play mpeg dvd.

I'll clean up the mpeg description and free/true issues soon.
