Current strace in portage is 4.5.9 but 4.5.11 is latest upstream version.
From version 4.5.10, also bug #71869 is fixed upstream (or should, at least).

The attached patch is needed for strace to build fine on g/fbsd, also if it doesn't work as interface is changed. I leave you if is the case to add it or not, I'm going to p.mask strace on g/fbsd until a new version come out with complete fbsd support (I've already submitted the patch upstream).
If the patch is applied, an autoreconf is needed, anyway.
