Ebuild dev-php/realpath_turbo-2.0.0 works with php 8.2

I have realpath_turbo in production on a few servers, just setting
USE_PHP="php8-1 php8-2"
works without any other changes.

There is a patch needed to allow the tests to run, but that is not needed for the ebuild. https://github.com/Whissi/realpath_turbo/pull/20

I propose to a bump to -r1 with USE_PHP="php8-1 php8-2".

Upstream (whissi) used to be a member of the PHP team, but he retired and it has been empty for a long time. This is currently masked for removal with php:8.1. If you need it, the GURU overlay is your best bet -- it doesn't look like anyone is joining the PHP team anytime soon.
