After trying out prelink Amarok crashes right after startig it. Even a prelink -au a reemerge of amarok and his deps and an emerge -e world after uninstall of prelink doesn't solve the problem. All other apps work flawless. It seems the crash originates from a wine library installed in /usr/local, which amarok links (maybe through xine?). I don't think we can do much to help you.
