Hi,

Apologies if this shouldn't go to infra.  

I'd like to have a section on www.g.o for the PHP herd, as www.gentoo.org/proj/en/php/.  Could you please set this up in CVS, and give the members of the PHP herd permissions to create & edit content here?

One directory for php, one for apache (another request by Stuart without bug)
and the correct groups with the herd-members created.
