dev-texlive/texlive-basic-2023_p59159-r4 has file collisions with dev-texlive/texlive-context-2023_p69108-r2:

Note that texlive-context-2023_p69108-r2 is no longer in ::gentoo and -r3 has resolved the collision. We may should consider adding a blocker.
