Please apply these patches
0001-dnd_optimization.patch
0002-dnd_active_window_fix.patch
0037-dnd-timestamp-fix.patch
0038-dragobject-dont-prefer-unknown.patch
from the suse-rpm (attached in bug #45868 ) to the qt-ebuild. They fix drag and drop issues and are needed for some applications to work properly (e.g. drag and drop from konqueror to scribus).

I'd be okay with if it you want to rev bump qt and put these patches in place.
