I'm very annoyed at the recent practice of masking packages without comment by "~"ing some architectures in the ebuild without making any comment or giving users any feedback on the reasons.
the purpose for using ~ means 'test this' why comment it when the comment will just read 'please test this'
As a user I find it very very annoying when packages are added unmasqued and then masqued the next day.
ok, well if we think something is good to go but then a user proves us wrong the next day, how would you like us to handle it ?
Errr... I dont know ;)... You've got a point... but maybe document it then.. not just mask it...
