This resolution for closed bugs of last-rited packages was introduced on 2024-05-08.
I added a patch for https://gitweb.gentoo.org/fork/bugzilla.git/

Actual Results:  
Find no description for the resolution.

Expected Results:  
Find a description for the resolution.
