app-text/texlive-core was recently stabilized on version 2023-r8 for ppc64. (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=907240)

But, app-text/texlive has still not been stabilized--it's still on 2021-r1.

This makes it confusing/difficult to follow the instructions in the news item.

Seems like texlive-bibtexextra-2023 is lacking for ppc64.

@ppc64 Anything I can do to assists with stabilization on ppc64? Any blockers?
